5. Understand that in case of any cancellations, and in line with our Finance Policy practices, the refund will be applied as mentioned below in Appendix A.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Mobile Medical Examination’s website throughout the world belongs to MOBILE MEDICAL EXAMINATION and the rights to use them are licensed to you (not sold). You have no intellectual property rights in (including, but not limited to, any information, data, material, text, designs, graphics, pictures, video, photographs, applications, software, audio and other files) other than the right to use them solely for your own personal use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Republication or redistribution of the content, including by framing or similar means, is prohibited.

Registration

Certain areas of the Mobile Medical Examination’s website are limited to registered users and or allow a user to request support or services online by entering personal information. Use of Credit Card

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency. Your credit/debit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. We will make every effort to maintain confidentiality when securing an online payment. This covers the security of your credit/debit card details and other personal information. All of your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Note: For any government fees paid online via card, there will be a 2.25% charge levied.
